It refers to a one night stand usually where you wake up and she is way ugly... coyote ugly. Beer goggles ya know. but the caption isnt accurate because post it is just helping him remember her name. She doesnt look too bad to wake up next to

I understand the concept of coyote... it's actually when the girl is so ugly, you would chew off your arm to get free (it's what coyotes do when caught in traps).

I just have no clue what it has to do with this poster. And yeah, she is 100x hotter than the girl I woke up next to on Sunday, so that doesn't make sense either.
